Senior year is finally here. But will our pack make it out of high school alive?

After months and months of torture waiting, Teen Wolf's season five premiere is basically here! Well, it's still two weeks away, and while that may seem like two years in Teen Wolf fan years, we have something that might help pass the time: The premiere's chilling cold open!

That's right, E! News is exclusively sharing the first six  minutes of "Creatures of the Night," and we highly recommend turning on all of the lights in your house (and possibly your neighborhood) because it's going to scare the crap out of you.

OK, you ready? Take a deep breath, count to three and then press play on the exclusive clip above, if you think you can handle it. (Warning: you can't!)

Ahhh, we're freaking out over so many moments in the six-minute scene we don't even know where to start. How abou Lydia (Holland Roden) getting her ninja on?! Or the surprising return of...Aiden (Max Carver)?!

No, we think it's this warning that has us freaking out the most: "They're all going to die," Lydia, who is trying to escape from Eichen House (?!), says at the very end of the epic cold open. "My friends, they're all going to die." Um, is it just cold in here or did anyone else just get chills?!

"Lydia gets to kick butt," director Russell Mulcahy told us of our favorite red-headed Banshee in season five when we caught up with him and the cast at the 2015 ATX TV Festival, with Holland Roden (who jokingly says this year is "ninja-themed" for Lydia) happily adding, "I am really excited that I finally got to meet the stunt coordinator this year!"

Aside from seeing Lydia kick some serious butt for the first time ever, fans can expect to be grossed out. A lot.

"It's going to really dark this season and really gory," Tyler Posey told us. "I think it's the goriest season we've ever had. It's our grossest season by far…it's just so damn gory. That's all I'm going to tease." Shelley Hennig added, "It's definitely gory. I've had a lot of moments filming where I've literally gagged at what I was seeing in scenes. It's definitely gory."

And after watching the premiere (We know, we know, lucky us!), we can tell you that NO ONE is safe this season, so instead of just worrying about your favorite character, Hennig advised you start your prayer circles now for "the whole pack. The whole pack mentality is going to be tested. And every single relationship is going to be tested."
