North West Wears Kanye's Gold Chain as Rapper Says You Won't Find Him at the Club These Days: ''I Gotta Focus on the Kids''

Looks like little North West may have her sights set on some gold jewelry for her second birthday. 

Kim Kardashian took to Instagram on Friday to share an adorable pic of her daughter wearing dad Kanye West's gold chain. "'No daddy's it's me necklace,'" the 34-year-old mama captioned the photo, seemingly quoting her wee one. 

The aww-worthy image comes just three days ahead of North West's second birthday, and clearly, the cute tot is already picking up on mom and dad's fine taste. 

In a recent interview with Hot 97, the 38-year-old rapper, whose wife is currently pregnant with baby No. 2, spoke about his love for his daughter and admitted he's "boring" now that he's a family man. 

"Right now I just want to take some time to really focus on my album... focus on North's birthday, just focus on my family and then be able to recharge, energize and then bring something of value," the recording artist told DJs Nessa and Ebro. "I'm completely boring actually. I don't wanna kill the blogs and the media takeout and everything, I'm so boring."

"I'm in my own zone," he continued. "I can't walk around trying to defend myself and chime in on everything like, y'all be doing, y'all be calling my daughter's name weird like her name should be like some name that you've heard before and all that. I don't like the state that [it's] weird when something is innovative and fresh."

The soon-to-be father-of-two added that his life is not nearly as wild as it used to be, but based on the endless smiles he's been cracking, we think Kanye looks happier than ever. 

"All I do is go to the studio every day. At this point I'm like, 'I'm ridin' through the 'burbs with no woes,'" he said, providing his personal rendition of the lyrics to Drake's hit song "Know Yourself." "I'm not going nowhere with no woes.' I'm not at the club... I'm never at 1OAK... I'm never gonna be nowhere... I gotta focus on the kids. I gotta take 'em to, you know, tap class, and you know, all type of gym class, where they do all types of swings." 

We think parenthood suits Kanye West.
