The singer—who frequently switches up her coif—took to Twitter on June 9 with a pic of her latest hair incarnation: a straight up mushroom cut. Even better? She rocks it. Simply writing, "Shroom" next to the fresh-faced snap, Erykah serves us a heaping dose of natural beauty alongside that quirky geometric hairstyle.
As for whether the cut is, well, actual, or of the wig variety, we're not quite sure. Just two days before debuting her fungi-inspired locks, the singer posted a video featuring below-the-knee braids.
Badu isn't the only celeb to funk it up with a bowl cut: Back in November, Robert Pattinson debuted a wacky shaved haircut that was equally, er, mushroomy. (They must be in season.)
