The 65-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently stopped by the plastic surgery office of Dr. Harrison Lee to personally gift him with a signed copy of her famous Vanity Fair cover.
One of Dr. Lee's co-workers shared a cute photo on Instagram with the caption, "So impressed by my boss Dr Harrison Lee's phenomenal work and being part of Caitlyn's transformation. #caitlynjenner #drharrisonlee #vanityfair #transgender #realself #loveit."
(With the release of her Vanity Fair cover on June 1, Caitlyn has chosen to publicly identify as a woman and E! News will refer to her using female pronouns. In stories published prior to this date, Caitlyn was referred to as Bruce and male pronouns were used.)
The accompanying snapshot shows Caitlyn looking beautiful and all-done-up while posing with Dr. Lee. Both flash smiles as they hold up the VF magazine, which appears to have "Great job" and a "Thanks so much" written on it by Caitlyn. Meanwhile, we have to call out Caitlyn's gorgeous and glam makeup and hair (that pink lipstick is everything).

Commentors seem to agree that Caitlyn is looking stellar these days. "Great Work she looks really good," one person posted. Another shared, "You look so good."
Just yesterday, Dr. Lee opened up exclusively to E! News about Caitlyn's 10-hour facial feminization surgery. "I don't want to show off, but I think she's ecstatic with the results," he told us. "She healed remarkably fast. Maybe because she's an Olympic athlete...I mean, at 65, she is in remarkable health."
