Looking good, Carrie Underwood

The new mom, who gave birth to son Isaiah Michael about three months ago, took to Instagram on Monday to share a sneak peek photo of herself rehearsing for the upcoming CMT Awards—and we must admit, the blond beauty's post-baby bod is seriously on point

"Rehearsals for the #CMTAwards I can't wait!" the 32-year-old country crooner captioned the pic, in which she's rocking a tight white tee and a fitted black skirt teamed with a pair of flat sandals.

The image marks the first time we've seen a full body pic of Carrie's post-baby bod. Most recently, she shared BTS shots of herself from the shoot for her fitness collection

Underwood is leading the pack for this year's CMT Awards with five nominations, including two for Video of the Year, two for Female Video of the Year and one for Collaborative Video of the Year for "Somethin' Bad," her smash duet with Miranda Lambert

The red carpet will also be Underwood's first public appearance since giving birth, and it's evident the gorgeous mama has working hard to get her body back.

"We do lots of lunges, squats, plyometrics, stairs, pull-ups along with weight training. The key to the success is keeping all of this at your level and not to do too much too soon. Listen to your body," Underwood's trainer Erin Oprea told E! News following the singer's recent photo shoot for her new fall line of CALIA fitness lifestyle apparel. "Core exercises are great to help tone the body, but a slimmer midsection is truly made in the kitchen. Eating clean is the fastest way to get flatter."

While Underwood's life is undoubtedly hectic, Oprea added that Carrie's fit figure is largely due to her discipline.

"Life with a little one will sometimes be chaotic, but every mom tries to make a schedule for feeding and naps. This is where the plan is crucial. When it's nap time, it's mom time," she shared. "Everybody has to work hard to get what they want. Carrie is no exception. She gets up and stays disciplined."

The CMT Awards air live from Nashville on June 10 at 8 p.m. ET.
