America's Next Top Model did air last night—just FYI for those of you on the West Coast who tuned in to the CW and got a basketball game instead—and the always provocative Sheena Sakai went home.

She tells us exclusively about her beef with Clark, what forced her into last night's compromising position, and who she thinks takes this cycle of Top Model...

The Boat Was a Rockin': In last night's episode, Sheena straddled the boat, leading Mr. Jay to criticize her once again for her overtly sexual poses. Sheena reveals, "I merely just did what I was told. I followed instructions; the photographer requested that I straddle the boat."

Too Much Sexy Time: Of course it's reality TV, so not everything is as it seems, says Sheena: "They focused on that component of my personality the most out of so many other elements."

The Bronx babe doesn't regret any part of the show though: "I wasn't embarrassed by anything because I just followed instructions well. If they asked me to pose extremely, I did. It may have come across as hoochie or sexy, but it was just part of the program."

The Great Clark Debacle: Looks like Isis King wasn't the only one who had trouble with Clark. Sheena says, "I never knew Clark felt some of the things that she said. I never knew she was that type of person, because in front of us she would come off as really quiet, and she wouldn't have anything negative to say."

Bubble Trouble: There was some drama left out of the scene where Clark got her freak on with Elina in the bubbly hot tub: "She took my soap once, used half the bottle for the tub and then denied it. If it wasn't for Lauren Brie I wouldn't have found out. Then Clark finally confessed. It's really rude. Don't take it and deny it! I wasn't offended, but I was just a bit disappointed."

Sheena Lays the Smack Down: Says Sheena, "I've heard what Clark had to say about me in terms of my personality and my class...All I have to say is homegirl needs a wake-up call and needs to learn how to expand her mind, because she's done some things in the house that weren't very class act in my opinion." Snap!

Who She Wants to Take the Cake: Sheena thinks McKey has what it takes to win: "She's totally a model, she has a great spirit, and she's a wonderful person. She's also a very brilliant, brilliant young woman, and I think she would do great in the modeling industry as well as for commercials."

Do you think Sheena should've gone home last night? With only three episodes left and five girls standing, who do you think is going to win? Vote in the poll below and sound off in the comments!
