Newlyweds Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson have something else to celebrate!

The WNBA stars have announced that they are expecting their first child together. Johnson took to Instagram earlier today to share an adorable photo of an oven cake with a bun in it (get it?) and captioned the tasty picture, "#SUCCESS #BLESSED #WelcomeToTheJohnsonGrinerFamily."

Following the happy news, the Tulsa Shock released a statement via Twitter saying the 24-year-old foward will not be playing this season. "Tulsa Shock President Steve Swetoha announced today that Glory Johnson-Griner will miss the 2015 season. Full release to follow," the WNBA team tweeted.

The pregnancy comes roughly one month after the pair tied the knot at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix. Johnson posted a wedding photo of herself and her partner following the ceremony on her Instagram page.

She wore a strapless champagne wedding gown with crystal detailing, a sweetheart neckline and long train, paired with what appeared to be a cathedral-length veil, crystal headband and large necklace while Griner sported a tan suit, light button-down dress shirt and white tennis shoes.

Griner posted a sweet candid picture on her Instagram, writing, "I don't care if the the world was ending at this moment! Nothing could of kept me from my wife I think I cried the whole day until I saw her walking down that isle. Then in a instant I was calm and full of love and all the tears turned into huge smiles and a joy that no one can explain unless you have found and married your soulmate I love you so much my beautiful Wife @missvol25."

However, fans were skeptical if a wedding was even going to happen. Two weeks prior to swapping vows, Griner and Johnson were arrested after getting in a domestic dispute and subsequently suspended by the WNBA.

Regardless, the duo seemed to have resolved their differences and continued with the wedding, and are now preparing to enter another happy chapter of their lives together.

Congrats you two!
