Pop stars today are all about getting high—high-pitched, that is!
Ariana Grande and One Direction's Niall Horan took their vocals up a few octaves with the help of some helium balloons! Yep, the "Problem" singer, 21 and Irish boy-bander, also 21, were celebrating a pal named Chantel's birthday Tuesday and decided to have some fun sucking helium balloons. Not surprisingly, a giggle fest and some impromptu singing came into play.
The gang continued their fun at London's Crique Le Soir nightclub. There, the B-Day girl Instagrammed a silly photo of herself goofing around with the pop stars and director/photographer Alfredo Flores. Niall and Ariana, BTW, are not dating (although they would be a cute couple)...
Niall doesn't only hang out with former Nickelodeon stars and their crews, though—the newly single fella has lots of lady friends! Earlier this week he was spotted out and about with Chelsea manager Jose Mourhinho's 18-year-old daughter Matilde. No jumping to conclusions here, though: A rep for One Direction told the Daily Mail Niall and Matilde are "just friends" and "not dating."
This past Saturday, a Vine video emerged of Niall playfully dancing with Little Mix singer Jade Thirwall in a Mahiki photo booth. Calm down here, too, kiddos: When asked about the friendly footage, Jade told Sugarscape she and Niall are "just friends," adding, "We've known each other for years now."
As for rumors about a romance there? "It's just a bit o' banter," said Jade. "The fans are lovely anyway, they know there's nothing going on, so I don't really mind."
Can't blame her for that!
