Want to lose the baby weight today? Jenna Wolfe may have a way!

Today show's lifestyle and fitness correspondent gave birth to her second child almost four months ago. However, that hasn't stopped the proud mom from working hard in the gym to lose that extra baby weight.

While entering work in New York City this week, we couldn't help but stop and applaud the morning show star's figure while wearing a tight white dress with black heels. And if our eyes aren't mistaken, we spy a fitness backpack over her shoulder.

Let's just say the odds are good that Wolfe was prepared to break a sweat.

According to her Instagram, the mom certainly isn't afraid to bust a fitness move in her home, on the streets or even inside an office. In addition, these tricks aren't your standard push-ups or crunches.

How does the "lounge chair 2-leg kick up" sound on the patio? Perhaps you would like to stay indoors and perform a "single leg push-up on a ball" with your baby close behind? Yes, this lady is legit!

But for beginners simply trying to tone those abs after welcoming a newborn, Wolfe has some simpler advice many viewers can try any day.

"Focus on core exercises like planks and balancing moves," she wrote on Today.com where she often shares fitness tips and exercises for various parts of the body. And when it comes to all those fitness apps, it's best to stay away from multiple ones at once.

"Make sure you are sticking to one app because they are all created differently," she added. "This will help you accurately track your progress."

As her two girls continue to grow up right before her eyes, Wolfe hopes she can spread her love for health and fitness to her daughters. From the looks of things, she is totally succeeding.

"My foodies dreams have come true," she wrote on Instagram. "Harper now obsessed w my AM protein shake: spinach, blueberries, Gr yogurt, PB."

She added, "Mini me treadmill for Harper. Best Gift Ever!!! Thanks @JeffRossen and DRossen1231"
