In Andrea Canning's house, it's safe to say the ladies rule!

The NBC News and Dateline correspondent recently welcomed her fifth baby girl with husband Major Tony Bancroft. And today, we're getting a first-look at the family of seven!

"Whole fam together! #Dateline," Canning shared on Twitter Monday evening as all of her children gathered around the family room. Soon after, she would share a new photo of baby Elle resting comfortably on a bed.

"Everyone's doing great. We're just very excited," Canning told Today.com. "The girls are old enough now where they really know what's going on, so it's a little different this time around."

She added, "I think when you have fewer kids, you notice the difference more. The more you have, the less you notice a big change in family dynamics."

Baby Elle, who was born on May 27, entered the world weighing a healthy 8 lbs., 5 oz. She joins older sisters Anna, Charlie, Kiki, and Georgia.

When the news first broke that she was expecting, Canning admitted to Today.com that her latest pregnancy was "a little unexpected." Luckily, the fifth time around featured little complications.

"Ironically, this is one of the easiest pregnancies! I think there's something to be said for not trying and not having that pressure," she shared. "This is a classic example of what happens when you're chasing the one sex you don't have—a boy in our case."

She added, "My husband, being a Marine and sports enthusiast, was looking forward to lots of Little League and football games. But we are apparently meant to have all girls and he's already got them into all kinds of sports. I am envisioning some kind of all-girl band."

Today, the happily married couple is enjoying every second with their new family member. They're also getting back on a regular schedule that includes dropping the older kids off for school.

"With this many kids, you have to just bounce back," she explained. "As long as everybody's healthy, mom's healthy, baby's healthy, you just got to get back into the swing of things."

Congratulations Canning on your latest arrival!
