Can't get enough of Scandal, Grey's Anatomy or How to Get Away With Murder? Well, you're in luck, because the creator of all three hit shows, Shonda Rhimes, is set to publish her first book in the fall!

Publisher Simon & Schuster announced today that the acclaimed showrunner's first tome, Year of Yes, is expected to hit sheelves in November 2015. As the press release states, Rhimes, 45, "was issued a challenge: for just one year, say YES to the unexpected invitations that come your way," and the novel will chronicle the profound impact her positive mindset had on her life.

"Saying yes for an entire year turned out to be one of the most amazing decisions I have ever made,"Rhimes said in a statement. "It was also a little insane, a lot terrifying and sometimes wildly embarrassing. So this is not a story I ever planned to share with anyone. However, once Simon & Schuster asked me, I had no choice – what else could I say but yes?"
