We got one less problem now that Nick Jonas sang his own breathy version of Ariana Grande's smash hit.
The 22-year-old R&B sensation recently appeared on the UK's Capital FM where he was challenged by radio host Max to an intense game of "Instaoke." The segment strips down popular pop songs to a 15-second karaoke version and asks artists to perform their own spin (could this be the next hit reality TV show?!).
Jonas is first tasked with singing Grande's "Problem," but when asked if he was a fan of the pop singer's smash vocals, Jonas responded, "Yeah, I just have no idea what she's saying in the verses of the song."
That minor setback doesn't let the mega-hunk from absolutely killing the rendition, though. Jonas appears slightly shy when he begins to whisper the lyrics, but he quickly starts belting the hook and we're pretty sure our heart skips a beat—or maybe three.
Jonas goes on to channel his former boy band roots with 'N Sync's "Bye Bye Bye" and then tackles Kanye West's "Gold Digger." We thought rap might have been a little bit out of Jonas' comfort zone, but he seems right at home spitting on a hip hop beat.
More Nick Jonas is truly never a bad thing.
