Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have seemingly been on a PDA parade as of late, and the innocent lovefest continued when the new Hollywood couple were spotted in New York City. The pair were photographed leaving The Spotted Pig hand-in-hand after enjoying some lunch earlier today, and it looks like their admiration for each other was evident throughout their entire outing.
"They acted very cute and cozy while eating," a restaurant source tells E! News. "They were holding hands and really enjoying each other. You could tell they were very connected. They were friendly to everyone around them."
Swift looked effortlessly chic in black overalls with a white crop top, black heeled booties and Westward Leaning shades, while her beau kept it cazh in a plain gray T-shirt and denim pants.
Another source tells E! News that the singer and EDM producer are going strong (in case you couldn't tell) and have found a way to continue their romantic relationship despite their busy schedules.
"Taylor and Calvin are having such an amazing time getting to know each other these past few months and spending quality time together where ever they travel to," the insider tells us. "It's really easy for them to connect on many levels even though they both have busy schedules.
"They have some differences but also similar in many ways. They are trying to be as private as they can but they are also not afraid or hiding their affection towards each other when they are together in public. They both love New York City and this trip together is really easy and comfortable for them. They both love to eat out and also stay in and just chill."
The source adds, "Friends and family love seeing Taylor so happy and into Calvin. Calvin loves how connected Taylor is to her friends, family and fans."
Because of their busy schedules—Swift will take her 1989 World Tour to Detroit this Saturday, while Harris will perform at Wet Republic in Las Vegas—the two must travel to see one another.
But since they're both two of the world's most popular musicians, they get it. "Aside from the incredible chemistry, here [is] a woman that really understood Calvin's world and vice versa," a source recently told E! News. "She's funny and a good person and Calvin's very charismatic."
"Women throw themselves at him," a friend of Harris' said of the "Summer" producer. "He can never tell if they are really interested in him as a person or if the attention is just because of his fame and fortune. But when he met Taylor, it was different. For the first time in a long time here was someone who was his equal. They have a mutual respect for one another. They understand one another. They are on the same level and that's been a good starting point for both of them."
