Trevor Noah's The Daily Show reign begins this September and it's going to be "new and sexy," naturally.

Comedy Central has set The Daily Show With Trevor Noah premiere for Monday, September 28. To mark the occasion, Noah made the above video featuring him fooling around at the desk, only to be surprised by Jon Stewart. Stewart's last episode as host of The Daily Show is August 6. "I will be wearing a suit. I will, more than likely, be showered," Stewart said in the video announcing his final episode. "I'm sorry—I'll be wearing overalls, and I won't shower."

"It's an honor to follow Jon Stewart. He and the team at The Daily Show have created an incredible show whose impact is felt all over the world," Noah said in a statement when he was announced as Stewart's replacement. "In my brief time with the show they've made me feel so welcome. I'm excited to get started and work with such a fantastic group of people."

"I'm thrilled for the show and for Trevor," Stewart said in a statement. "He's a tremendous comic and talent that we've loved working with...In fact, I may rejoin as a correspondent just to be a part of it!!!"

Stewart took over The Daily Show from Craig Kilborn in 1999. The Comedy Central series is just one late-night shows going through changes. Stephen Colbert ended The Colbert Report in December 2014 and will take over Late Show from David Letterman this fall. James Corden recently took over the Late Late Show from Craig Ferguson.
