It's no average wedding when Hawkeye makes an appearance.
Jeremy Renner joined the long list of celebrity wedding crashers over the weekend when he made an impromptu stop at one lucky couple's nuptials in Houston.
The Avengers star was in town for the Comicpalooza, which took place at The Regency Hotel, where the newlyweds' reception also happened to be going down.
Images captured by sneaky fans see Renner hanging by the bar, smiling politely as he chats with guests, although the actor's rep tells E! News that Renner tried to keep a low profile to ensure the spotlight was on the bride and groom.
"Jeremy was staying at the hotel and went downstairs to have a drink. There was a wedding going on so he stayed in the corner. He tried to stay out of the way as best he could. He spoke to some people but he really didn't want to make it about him. It wasn't his day."
Of course, Renner isn't the first A-list star to be caught crashing a wedding. The Wedding Ringer stars Josh Gad and Kevin Hart gave impromptu speeches and started a dance party during a West Hollywood wedding back in December, and even Jay Z and Beyoncé previously crashed a wedding in Italy.
Meanwhile, the Bourne Legacy star is currently filming the latest Marvel flick, Captain America: Civil War, which also stars Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) and Chris Evans (Captain America).
The film is expected to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
