These two are so cute and so in love that it's pretty much impossible to hate on any of the PDA-filled pics they post. @jessicasimpson shared even more lovey-dovey photos than usual on Thursday: The 5-year anniversary of when she and Eric first met!
"The sexiest day of my life was 5yrs ago when Johnson came into my home #MAY21," Jess captioned one sultry snap.
She also shared a sweet shot of herself and Eric with Bret and Lauren Harrison, the mutual friends responsible "for the unexpected intro" that led to two former strangers falling in love, having two beautiful babies and getting married!
Speaking of those beautiful babies, Jessica and Eric were eager to get home to them after their celebratory dinner with pals. Still using her #MAY21 and #JOHNSON hashtags, Jess Instagrammed a photo of her mini-me daughter Maxwell, 3, looking beyond adorable as a "crazy kitten ballerina" in cat ears and a tutu!
She shared another snap of "Wild man Ace Knute," aka her and Eric's son Ace, who turns 2 next month. His light blond hair is just like Maxwell's, but unlike his blue-eyed sis, Ace has brown eyes just like his mom!
Clearly, Jessica's grateful to have met Eric five years ago. She realizes, too, that he's given her two beautiful kids. Her life wouldn't be the same today if it weren't for their friends' fateful introduction back in 2010.
Jess summed up her anniversary thoughts pretty succinctly, captioning one selfie with her hubby, "We're awesome," and noting on another sweet pic, "I am so in love with my family."
