It's been almost 10 years since Ashley Tisdale graced our screens on High School Musical as Sharpay Evans. Even harder to believe is Tisdale is turning 30 soon!

Tisdale confessed to E! News at the Elle Women in Music event presented by eBay, "It's crazy! I can't believe it, honestly."

The big 3-0 doesn't freak Ashley out though, and shouldn't, might we add, because she's poised in a way we haven't seen before, and is as stunning as ever. Tisdale tells E! News, "I feel young, so it doesn't really freak me out. I think I've gotten more comfortable with my age, like I'm so much more secure, I'm married, I have an amazing husband."

Ashley admitted that being in her twenties hasn't always felt like how she does now, "In my twenties, it was always so hard sometimes."

Tisdale accredited the feeling to just the all-around back and forth that occurs at that age. "I was just like relationships suck, and they're hard, and then there was 'When are you going to find the guy?'" Tisdale finished her thought saying how nice it is now and to "believe it happens." Tisdale says she feels like, "I know what I want more. I don't settle for anything, I guess."

There haven't been huge surprises in Tisdale's first year of marriage to Christopher French. Tisdale says, "The only difference I feel, is I changed my name personally, like things get changed like credit cards, but other than that it feels great. There's nothing different, it's always been amazing, and it's always been very natural.  I've heard about the 'Newlywed time,' but we're having a blast!"

So, are kids in the future? Not just yet, Tisdale says, "I have a niece who's 5. We actually have 3 nieces on his side, and my niece, so we have a lot of kids around us! We're not having kids anytime soon, we're really focused on our work, and just being with each other."
