Ah, so that's how she does it!

Mad Max: Fury Road actress and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley posted an Instagram video earlier today and it's safe to say that the British stunner puts the work in workout.

During the sped-up clip, the 28-year-old is shown working on her arms, legs, core and using a range of movements to do so. Between the push-ups, leg lifts, crunches, jumps, high kicks and dance moves, it's no wonder the runway star is in as great of shape as she is.

And while she logs in plenty of hours in the gym, Huntington-Whiteley also knows that maintaining a sense of balance is the key to having a healthy perspective.

The blond bombshell guest-edited Harper by Harper's Bazaar and admitted that she loves treating herself to the occasional decadent dinner.

"I love going to restaurants for dinner and out for drinks...I love savory food—cheese, bread, pasta, French fries, bacon, pigs in a blanket! (I could just eat a plate of pigs in a blanket, and I'd be happy.)," she shared in the fashion mag.

But she added that her days usually start with a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs or some yogurt with paleo granola.

Huntington-Whiteley also confessed to having a "giant" green juice on hand at all times.
