Justice for Miley Cyrus!

A man who broke into Miley's house in December and made off with a bunch of items belonging to her and her brother has been sentenced to two years behind bars, according to reports.

Rusty Edward Sellner, 22, pleaded no contest on Feb. 11 to first-degree residential burglary for breaking into the "Wrecking Ball" singer's house on Dec. 16. He was arrested on Jan. 5 by the LAPD. He was given credit for the 270 days he has already served, but Superior Court Judge Alan Schneider said a hearing will be held later to determine how much restitution he should pay.

A date for that hearing was not immediately set.

This burglary incident is not to be confused with the burglary of Miley's home that took place in May 30, during which thieves drove off in her Maserati Quattroporte with a bunch of her jewelry in tow. She was also robbed the day before her 21st birthday.

Miley, you might want to consider a higher, more durable fence.

Per the D.A., Sellner had two prior convictions in Ventura County for burglary and evading arrest. He originally faced a maximum sentence of seven years and eight months in prison if he had been convicted on all charges.
