Best. TV. Team-up. Ever.

TV's best on-screen couple Mindy Kaling and Chris Messina are teaming up with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and we literally not be more excited. E! News has exclusively learned that The Mindy Project duo will guest star in the season two premiere of Pivot's Hit Record on TV With Joseph Gordon-Levitt, airing on June 12.

Oh, and it gets even better. Gird your loins, people, because we also have two exclusive photos from their appearance, which reveal that Messina and JGL will be tap-dancing together during the episode. What. A. Time. To. Be. Alive.

We also have an exclusive first look at Mindy in the short, titled "Anchor's Away," which she actually wrote! So what's the trio's dark and dreamy short about? Mindy plays a woman who practices in the dark arts and uses them to make the dreams of a dear love come true. And yes, we think tap-dancing with JGL OR Chris is a dream come true.

And now we know exactly what this Instagram pic of JGL and Chris dancing together five months ago is all about! Can you say best Saturday ever?

This is just the cherry on top of a good news sundae for Mindy Project fans: After Fox crushed our hopes and dreams by canceling The Mindy Project (aka the worst decision ever), Hulu came to the rescue, picking up a 26-episode fourth season of the rom-com.

"I am thrilled The Mindy Project has found a new home on Hulu, where so many of our fans are already watching the show. It's such an exciting place to be," Mindy said in a statement.
