Getting low is one thing, but getting back up…

John Cena, known for his incredible strength, just proved his brawn once again with his latest video tweet showcasing him squatting a whopping 396 pounds. The WWE sensation and 15-time World Champion is no stranger to vigorous workouts and strict diet plans, as he's got the reputation of doing whatever it takes for the sake of improving his craft.

"The speed of life gives us chances to make excuses. Define goals, take a pause, and realize you can move mountains," the Total Divas star tweeted alongside his epic slow-motion clip.

The trending video could be ammunition to get Alexander Rusev, his upcoming WWE Payback opponent, shaking in his boots before their "I Quit" match in Baltimore this Sunday. This stipulation means one of the two athletes won't be announced the winner until the other utters those crucial, humbling words in defeat.

Cena's Bulgarian counterpart doesn't seem like he's intimated by their fight in the slightest, recently taking his thoughts to Twitter. He's even gone as far as to call Cena "a false hero," and has been ruthlessly training to fulfill his legacy as The Russian Tank.

"You buy #WWEPayback and you not going to be disappointed like the boxing. You get what you deserve A CRUSHED @JohnCena #superathlete,"the 29-year-old power lifter confidently tweeted.

His post even gave a little jab to the boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd "Money" Mayweather. This weekend's WWE Payback will be the fourth fight between these two and their storyline will likely cover Rusev's troublesome relationship with his sidekick Lana.

Looks like we won't be witnessing any twinkle toes between these two WWE stars!
