Fake Running for Prez Isn't Funny Anymore

Paris Hilton releases another election vid, and we're seriously hoping her campaign is now over

It's a good thing there are only eight days left in the real election, because we really can't take any more fake election. Paris Hiton just released another video in support of her faux campaign for this presidency (this time with alleged music!), and we're so ready for her to stop now.

Her first video for Funny or Die was entertaining and timely, forcing us to reconsider our entire worldview—could Paris Hilton really be that savvy and in on the whole joke? The second one with Martin Sheen was kinda cute but definitely made us weary, and we hoped it was time to move on. Sadly, it wasn't.

Paris had to go and ruin any cred she built up with us by making a glossy, big production out of everything. This music video is definitely not all wink-wink and charming like the others. Plus, it's hard to stand those Secret Service men yelling "Paris for president!" for three minutes. Way to turn something mildly awesome into something way lame.

But we respect your right to vote however you want, so if you're voting that Paris' fake campaign is still entertaining, let us know in the comments.
