It's not just the stars of 19 Kids and Counting who are prolifically procreating—those behind-the-scenes are popping out babies, too!

During tonight's episode (airing at 9/8c on TLC), we get to watch as Jill Duggar and Jana Duggar help the show's coordinating producer Courtney Enlow deliver her baby girl in China! E! News has an exclusive preview clip of mom's "really wonderful labor" with her "amazing coaches" by her side!

The clip shows Courtney, whose husband Scott is also part of the 19 Kids and Counting crew, who went with the Duggar family to Asia back when she was "newly pregnant" in 2013. In "So at that point, it was do I stay or do I go?" she recalls. "So I went, and I had a baby—in China!"

Jim Bob, Michelle and the rest of the Duggar family—joined by the show's production staff—were heading to Tiananmen Square in Beijing when Courtney's water broke.

It was, to say the least, quite dramatic. And although the mom-to-be "was in denial," she says, "I realized I'm having a baby—today."

Fortunately, Jill had her midwifery kit on hand. "Knowing what I know now, I am very glad she brought it," says Courtney.

The 19 Kids and Counting stars put their training to good use, "taking all my vitals, kind of keeping me relaxed, and basically kind of telling me what the process was that I was about to go through with this childbirth," says Courtney.

In the exclusive clip above, you'll get to see both Jana and Jill's supportive, maternal instincts kick into overdrive as they assist Courtney through every stage of delivery. Plus, you'll also get to hear firsthand what the new mom thought of being in front of the camera in her most vulnerable state instead of being behind it!

Make sure to tune in to to 19 Kids and Counting tonight at 9/8 c on TLC.
