For every joke Joan Rivers delivered, there were countless amounts of laughs shared by fans. In some occasions, however, the humor was met with a few concerns.

Such was the case for Jennifer Lawrence who once made headlines when she called out the comedian's show for its jokes and wit.

"There are shows like The Fashion Police that are just showing these generations of young people to judge people based on all the wrong values and that it's OK to point at people and call them ugly or fat," she explained. "We have to stop treating each other like that."

But in a new interview with the Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM radio, Melissa Rivers revealed a special conversation she recently had with the actress that will put any feud rumors to rest.

"I just had an amazing experience with Jennifer Lawrence who at the end was quite publicly against Fashion Police and something that had been said," she shared with Howard Stern Wednesday. "We were in a very personal situation and I was like ‘Oh my god, it's going to be a horrible evening.'"

She continued, "She comes up to me and she says ‘I know your mom and I had some differences at the end'—and it wasn't even over something that she said—‘but I got to tell you I loved her and she was funny.'"

Lawrence would also end up quoting jokes from Joan that immediately "broke the ice."

Two stars who were always supportive of Joan throughout her career were Jimmy Fallon and Stern. As a result, Melissa wanted to treat the hosts to a very special and personal gift from her late mother.

During her in-studio interview, the Book of Joan author gifted Stern with one of Joan's hand-written cards from her enormous catalog of jokes.

"I'm so honored. You're going to make me cry," Howard shared. "This is one of her legendary cards. It was almost like a library of Congress. This is now like my favorite thing that I own. I will cherish it. Your mom was a legend."

Fallon received one partly because he invited Joan back to The Tonight Show after being banned for 26 years.

While looking back on her mom's final days, Melissa finds comfort in the fact that she gave the comedian and fashion designer the best experience possible. You can almost call it a glamorous one.

"We brought in everything from her night tables. We got all of her own bedding and her favorite lounge outfit and brought in hair and makeup and they washed her hair and she looked amazing," Melissa recalled on Wednesday's Dr. Oz Show. "Her skin looked amazing. I don't mean to laugh but you have to. I just made sure she looked her best before everyone came to say goodbye."
