Here's something that may terrify all men and make many mothers cackle with glee, because, you know, revenge is sweet.

The Holderness family, known for their YouTube parody videos, shared this week a hilarious video of dad Penn Holderness, 40, going through simulated labor, with the assistance of a real doctor and his wife, Kim Holderness, 39.

Women who have pushed babies out of their bodies may take delight in the screams of agony released by Penn clad in a hospital gown and laying on a medical bed with his feet up, every time Dr. Sameh Toma from North Carolina Center for Reproductive Medicine, a fertility clinic, makes a frightening-looking medical device cause the man's rectus muscles to contract.

"Honey, I thank you very, very much for doing this," Kim tells her husband, as he stares horrified, a vein bulging on the side of his head. "I feel very bad. I'm very sorry."

The couple had teased footage of the similar labor in a prequel to the video, posted on April 30, which showed the couple in a parody of One Direction's "One Thing," titled "Mom Thing." In the clip, Kim informs her husband that what she really wants for Mother's Day is for him to feel what it's like to be a mom and the pair's son and daughter are also shown, watching a video of their dad undergoing the "labor" torture.

"So many times does that happen?" he asks her from the medical bed.

"Just like, for 10 hours," she says.

He also simulates something else moms often do. Watch the video below.

Also in April, Penn underwent more torture typically reserved for women: He got a bikini wax.
