On last night's new episode of Botched, we met three new patients, Dwight, Busty Heart and Connie.
Dwight previously had work done on his nose to make it smaller, but now it's too small. So small that it's actually not functioning properly.
So that only leaves one option...head to the nose expert, Dr. Paul Nassif!
Although his consultation freaks him out a little bit, he knows that Dr. Nassif is the pro.
Dwight's mother, Queen, is totally grossed out by all of the surgery talk but is there to support her son!
The group decides that they will go in and add tissue to Dwight's nose to make it a little larger in order to work properly.
Next we meet Susan Sykes, also known as Busty Heart.
And let's just say that she is unlike any other patient we've seen!
Her breasts are each 2,000 ccs and she holds the Guinness World Record for smashing things with her giant and strong breasts.
She's made a living off her huge breasts, from starring in movies to becoming an internet celeb!
In the below video you can watch her consultation with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Nassif...but not for her breasts.
She actually is meeting with the doctor's to talk about her stomach and the insecurities she has with it.
After meeting with the docs, they tell her the only way that they can make any changes on her stomach is to reduce the size of her breasts.
Her response? "No way these babies are going anywhere."
Next we meet Connie who had a breast enhancement at 23 years old, but now her right breast isn't looking how she wants it. She explains that she can almost feel her implant.
She's also nervous about developing cancer because her mother recently died of breast cancer.
However despite her nerves, her husband is right by her side.
The two meet with the doctors and Dr. Dubrow shows a special light trick to see how effective the implant is being.
Just like she suspected, Dr. Dubrow discovered that her right breast is stretched way too thin.
He happily agrees to help Connie with her problem but warns her there are chances of complications with the blood supply to her nipple.
Then it's Dwight's surgery day!
He's ready but has a few problems...
Post surgery, Dwight is in extreme pain and brings his mom along for the follow up appointment.
However, she cannot handle all the blood as Dr. Nassif examines his nose.

After Connie's breast surgery, Dr. Dubrow notices that her nipple is turning blue at the bottom, so he brings in some major back up.
Leeches!
He places the leeches on her breast and they do the trick and save the nipple!

Then, Dwight is finally healed from his surgery and brings his closest family and friends together to have funeral...for his old nose.
His supporters cheer and tell him how amazing his new nose looks!
