So far so good!

Jessa Duggar, 22, who is pregnant with her first child with husband Ben Seewald, 19, is coming along nicely, a source tells E! News. In fact, the 19 Kids and Counting star is feeling really good.

"Jessa's pregnancy is going well so far," the source tells us. "She has barely been sick, but she did have a spell for about three weeks earlier but feels great now."

Now that she is carrying around another person, she "has been tired and hungry more but is doing very well." We know all about her pregnancy cravings, as the reality TV star Instagrammed a pic of herself and Seewald giving into her food desires: Arby's.

"Lunch date with my man," Jessa wrote on Instagram while snapping a selfie with her husband. "Yeah…because ‘the baby' was craving Arby's. I love being able to use that excuse."

So what does a pregnancy craving from Arby's look like? According to her caption, she and her hubby ordered a complete meal that consisted of a roast beef sandwich, Arby's sauce and a Jamocha Shake, which is a combination of chocolate and coffee flavors.

The couple revealed for sure that they're expecting at least one little bundle of joy come Nov. 1, which happens to be their wedding anniversary!

"We are so excited. We have started talking baby names," Jessa revealed to People. "It is one of those things that is so special, picking a name for a baby."

Just a few days after they shared the exciting news with fans, the couple hinted in a clip that they could be feeding two additional mouths instead of one. "You know, pretty soon we'll be making another little smoothie," the mom-to-be said in a TLC clip.

"Yeah," replied Ben, holding up a baby bottle. "Maybe more than one!"

His response yielded a giggle from Jessa. "You never know," she said, smiling.

But that isn't the only thing that's making us wonder whether or not these two will be welcoming two babies instead of one. In the next portion of the clip, Seewald again alluded to more babies.

"We can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl," added Ben.

"What do you think it is?" Jessa asked.

"It could be both," he answered, grinning. "You never know!"
