Attention, attention!
One Direction is slated to stop by The Late Late Show with James Corden on May 14, marking the band's first official appearance since Zayn Malik left the group.
"We're all so excited to be appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden," Liam Payne said in a statement.
"James is one of our best mates, and we're so proud of the massive success his show is having in America. We're currently working on a few surprises with James [Corden] and his team that we hope our fans will enjoy. It's going to be a great night!"
Meanwhile, the late-night show's host gushed about his upcoming guests, saying, "I love the boys, I always have. I'm so excited to have some fun with them on the show!"
The lads' friendship with Corden goes beyond just show business, too. The band is close with director Ben Winston—who has worked with them on multiple projects in the past and currently serves as the executive producer of the CBS series.
Three of the four remaining members of 1D recently made a red carpet appearance in London but kept mum about their upcoming plans in the United States.
Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Payne all stopped by The Great Gatsby Ball in support of Trekstock at Bloomsbury Ballroom just a few short weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Malik made his first official appearance since leaving the group at last month's Asian Awards.
