Anne Hathaway Wears Gold Hooded Dress to 2015 Met Gala: What Do You Think of the Robe-Inspired Gown?!

It looks like Anne Hathaway was really inspired by this weekend's big Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather boxing match!

The Oscar winner showed up to Monday's 2015 Met Gala wearing a gold hooded dress that somewhat resembles a metallic boxing robe a pro athlete might wear.

In addition to the bold statement hood, the 32-year-old actress' Ralph Lauren Collection custom gold lamé cap sleeve column evening dress with very simple and in line with the theme of "China: Through the Looking Glass." The brunette beauty looked slender and statuesque while posing on the carpet with a giant smile on her face.

Way to work it, Anne!

Some fans have also made the Little Red Riding Hood comparison with Hathaway's edgy ensemble. We can also see how the futuristic dress could be in honor of Star Wars Day today (not really but LOL).

Last year, Hathaway looked red-hot in a simple scarlet gown that consisted of a bustier and skirt by Calvin Klein and showed off a tiny bit of her midriff. And the year before that, she rocked bleach blond hair and some side boob in a sheer black Valentino look.
