Kourtney Kardashian Shows Off Her Weight Loss in Latest Gym Selfie—Take a Look!

E! star flaunts her slimdown while getting some more fitness in at the gym

What you're looking at is a 116-pound lean, mean, fitness machine—more commonly known as Kourtney Kardashian.

Shortly after revealing her weight to the millions of fans who follow her on Instagram, the E! star snapped a quick gym selfie to show her admirers that she's still keeping up with her workout regimen. The photo, shared today, shows Kourt rocking black leggings, blue workout tank top and neon running shoes (gifted by brother Rob Kardashian) before working on her fitness.

We're assuming the picture was taken beforehand, because no one looks that good after working out. Right? Let's hope.

We also learn that Kourtney wears her stunna glasses indoors, and while it may not work for some, it works for her. "Gym selfie. Thanks @robkardashian for my new shoes," she captions the photo.

The brunette beauty and mother of three took to Instagram to share a photo of her scale which showed that Kardashian is currently at 116 pounds. And she made sure to cut off the haters before they even began criticizing her number by captioning the pic, "it's Monday! Ps: I'm 5 feet tall, so everyone relax I'm on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation."

But Kourtney was already flaunting an amazing post-baby body shortly after welcoming her son Reign Aston Disick. So, what's the secret to looking and feeling so great? A lot of hard work, clearly.

"Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage," Kourtney's New York based yoga teacher Leila Johnson revealed exclusively to E! News in February. "We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts."

She continued, "Kourtney is a ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It's clarified butter…She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach."

Between her healthy diet and consistent workouts, it's no wonder Kourtney is getting her pre-baby body back so quickly!
