With so many ladies on The Real Housewives of New York City this season, you'd think the drama would be bubbling over. Not so…as of now. This episode focused on Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill and Dorinda Medley. Countess Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer were there to dance on tables and chairs—seriously—and Kristen Taekman was left out of allllll the fun.

Grosses first date story: Carole told BFF Heather Thomson all about her first date with Adam, the private chef she met at Countess Luann's. This date included some kind of gummy bear that made her start tripping while in the club. "There were vampires, witches and I panicked," Carole said. She puked everywhere. On him, on herself, on the pedicab he so gallantly hailed for her. "He just held my hair back," she said. "He's young, he knows." A little puke didn't scare him off, he stayed the night and didn't leave the next day. They're still dating now, so Adam can handle vomit.

Best product placement: Carole's conversation about Jordache jeans with Sonja's date's roommate. Yes, Sonja brought that 20something model from Beautique to Bethenny's birthday and he brought a 24-year-old plus one. This wasn't the only plus one drama of the night!

Second best product placement: All the Skinnygirl alcohol at Bethenny's birthday party.

Most awkward dinner: Dorinda and John. Man, things took a real turn when the two went out for a date. Lesson: Don't talk about about Hannah, Dorinda's daughter. Hannah and John don't interact. They are not a part of each other's lives. "I can be very cutting," Dorinda said when it comes to Hannah. She wasn't kidding things got awkward real fast.

Second most awkward dinner: Bethenny, Dorinda, Heather and Carole enjoyed some sushi and talk about rebranding death. "I was slightly amused that Bethenny decided there was a need to rebrand death," Carole said after Bethenny decided saying "late husband" made people sound too old. While at this dinner, Carole revealed her late husband's ashes were being displaced and she needed to collect them from London. Conversation quickly turned to Dorinda's relationship with John and his lack of interaction with Hannah and then to Bethenny's birthday party. Dorinda and Kristen weren't invited and Heather decided to ask Bethenny about the diss. Bethenny—or Beth, or B—explained it quite frankly: She doesn't know them. And Heather got invited because she was basically Carole's plus one! Oops. Bethenny did not want to have the conversation, but it's The Real Housewives, she has to make inane things into bigger matters.

Best reveal: Dorinda has a rotary phone at home.

Strangest scene: Bethenny made all her birthday party guests get up and dance on the table or chair. Countess Luann's awkward dance was the best.

Best sage advice: Kristen's nanny when Kristen asked her if she would be upset about being left out of the party. "No, I don't care. Who cares? Who cares?" her nanny said. "How come I'm the odd man out?" Kristen asked. "Who cares?" her nanny said. Listen to her.

Will the women be able to move on from the birthday party snub? Are we watching Dorinda's relationship implode? These are the questions.
