On this her 34th birthday, we can't think of any better way to celebrate the actress' big day than by giving props to her unstoppable street style. Point in case: That dreamy cream ensemble with a sleek panama hat, layered scarf and subtle nude pumps. Head-to-toe, the look achieved a new level of perfection.

Perhaps indulging her style sweet tooth, the Sin City star nailed it in a peach sorbet Narciso Rodriguez suit. Then, the actress again turned heads in a cheerful pink patterned skirt and chambray blouse combo, not to mention she practically stopped traffic in a radiant white lace blouse and blue skirt pairing. 

Last (but certainly not least), Jess hit a nautical high note in a polished navy blazer with popping coral Alice + Olivia trousers and a striped A.L.C. top.
