Well, if this isn't leaning in, we don't know what is.

The Hollywood Reporter just reported Facebook's executive earnings for 2014, and they were certainly surprising. In a nice twist, the company's COO Sheryl Sandberg pulled in a whopping 25 times the salary of creator Mark Zuckerberg.

The famously-sweatshirted CEO a modest $610,454 last year, which was down from his 2013 salary of $653,154. Well, modest for a CEO of one of the world's biggest companies, we should add. (We certainly wouldn't turn our noses up at Zuckerberg's loot!).

And then there's Sheryl. Girl went and leaned in so hard last year that she made $15.5 million. $15.5 million! That is a haul. Talk about being a walking advertisement for your own career advice.

Of course, we should mention that there are a few probable caveats for Zuckerberg and Sandberg's sizeable difference in salary. For starters, it's not unheard of for a CEO to set their own pay grade, which means that Zuckerberg could have easily taken less in order to distribute more to his employees. He's also the owner of a cool 422 million shares of Facebook, which The Hollywood Reporter estimates is worth $34.4 billion. And with Facebook now pulling in more users than there are people in China, that number is sure to keep on growing.

Not too shabby—for all parties.
