Mark Ruffalo's social media game is on point.

The 47-year-old actor is an active user on Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and Twitter, and on Friday morning, he gave E! Online an exclusive look at what a typical press day for Avengers: Age of Ultron is like. "I'm pirating @EOnline's Instagram today!" the movie star told his 1.48 million Twitter followers. The actor is promoting the movie in New York City with his co-stars Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans.

Before he got ready for ABC's Good Morning America, Ruffalo contemplated what to eat for breakfast. Though his mother made sure he had plenty of "leftovers" in the refrigerator, he decided to have a coffee and a bagel instead. "It's important to prep before any public appearance. Murray's is calming. Good Jewish Soul Food."

Shortly after arriving on set, he noticed a fan holding a sign that asked a very important question: "Where is my Black Widow movie?" Ruffalo, who plays Bruce Banner/The Hulk, wants to see Scarlett Johansson star in standalone movie, too.

"Um, Yeah! #BlackWidowMovie," he wrote in an Instagram caption. Ruffalo also took a selfie with MAGIC! guitarist Mark Pelli and snapped a candid shot of Evans.
