Holy muscles!

Tom Hardy is covering the latest issue of Details and taking off his clothes for a super sexy shirtless photo spread.

The 37-year-old Brit hunk shows off his insane muscles while posing in shorts and boxing gloves. The scruffy Mad Max star's six-pack abs and pecs look ridiculously rock-hard, not to mention his bulging biceps. Hardy's hot and fit physique is only made sexier by his many tattoos.

And if that wasn't enough to get your motor revving, take a look at this adorable shot of shirtless Hardy cuddling a precious pooch!

The dog-loving celeb plays with his four-legged friend and also gives the pup a big kiss on the face. Swoon!

Inside the mag, Hardy opened up about his feelings toward being labeled a "douchebag." "Yeah, if I'm a douchebag, I'd rather be a douchebag despite the fact that I'm a celebrity. I don't want to be seen, you know? I like the shadows. I like to go and do my thing and disappear," he said. "But when it's like, ‘You are responsible for doing this,' I'm like, ‘I think you might have the wrong person.' I just happen to be part of the team. I may be fronting this particular endeavor, but I'm not worth looking at, for crying out loud. What the fuck does that have to do with the price of cabbages?! I'm not an ambassador, I don't want to be on the front cover of the magazine. Not because I'm not grateful. I just don't feel I belong there."

Hardy partially credits his success to getting sober many years ago. "I've been sober longer than I'd been drinking now. It's a nice place to be," he said. "But I don't turn my back on it—it doesn't mean for one minute it can't bite me in the ass. It's part of ‘the story' that I used to be Bad Boy Tom—because that's not true either. Just bog-standard drunk—got lucky, got recovery, stuck to it like fucking glue. Really grateful. I don't really talk about it that much—there's no need to. I've been through things like divorce, court cases, and whatnot, all really sort of homely stuff. It's not very glamorous."
