Daphne Oz has a bun in the oven!

During a taping of ABC's The Chew Thursday, Oz surprised the show's live studio audience by announcing that she's pregnant with her second child. "We are so excited to be adding another little bundle of fun to our family," Daphne told viewers. "I know Philo is going to be a great big sister and it will be a busy fall!"

Daphne and husband John Jovanovic welcomed their firstborn daughter, Philo, in February 2014. During Thursday's episode about "Mind Blowing Meals," Mario Batali, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Michael Symon each revealed a mind blowing secret about themselves. That's when Daphne shared her baby news.

Prior to the show, Daphne gave fans a glimpse of her barely-there baby bump via Instagram. "We are revealing some secrets about ourselves on today's @abcthechew and here's my OOTD!!" she wrote.

Earlier this month, Dr. Mehmet Oz's daughter opened up about her struggle to get her post-baby body back in shape. "I wish I could say I don't care when I lose the baby weight," Daphne said. "It will come off when it does, but I've never been a skinny girl, so I can't just bounce back to a former size so easily."

"It hit me around eight months after giving birth—I didn't feel strong in my skin," she told People. Taking online Ballet Beautiful and yoga sessions, plus two Barry's Bootcamp classes a week, helped Daphne get her body back in shape.

"It really toned me up. When Philo goes to bed it's nice that I can do a 15-, 20-minute workout on my computer. I really just want to get in the place where I can feel really comfortable in my clothes again. Before, keeping in shape would have been a huge priority for me, especially as someone who isn't naturally thin...Now with Philo, I realize life is really short. I would rather be really happy and 5 lbs. more, then be my perfect weight and struggle for that last couple of pounds."
