Sean Penn & Charlize Theron's Son Jackson Share a Snow Cone—And It's the Cutest Thing You'll See All Day

Charlize Theron had the support of the two guys in her life this weekend—Sean Penn and her adorable son Jackson—at generationOn's first ever Block Party in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The Oscar-winning actress was on hand to present the 2015 Make Your Mark Award to WME co-CEO Ari Emanuel Saturday at Fox Studios.

Theron sat front row and center with her little one on her lap, and her beau right next to her, and the three shared snow cones during the midday event.

Just a few days after the too-cute-for-words family appearance, Theron's sexy cover shoot for W's May 2015 issue was released—and it did not disappoint!

The Mad Max: Fury Road star is shown unzipping a leather jumpsuit on the front of the fashion mag, and revealed what piece of advice she would tell her younger self.

"I would say, 'Calm down.' I was always in a rush. I felt like time was going to run out. Now that I'm older, I know I'm not missing out on anything. Now, I go home, and that feels really good. When I hit 30, I realized I didn't have to please everybody. I could actually enjoy life, which is not a bad thing at all."

Theron added, "Women, in our society, are compartmentalized so that we start to feel like we're cut flowers and after a while we will wilt. I realize now that's not the case—we can celebrate every age. That's my encouragement to 20-year-olds who are terrified of getting older: Don't have a nervous breakdown and don't hit the Chardonnay too hard. Getting older is not that bad."
