Here we go again.
In the above sneak peek to tomorrow's brand new episode of Botched, we meet Rodrigo. He admits, "When I was a child growing up in Brazil, I was fat, I was ugly and I was mishaped."
Now, his aim is to always look ageless and he believes that once he started getting cosmetic surgery that he "became a much better person."
Watch the above clip to see him rattle off the countless procedures he's had done. He even admits that he's spent around $200,000 on surgeries!
Spoiler alert: The strangest one is having his calf reshaped.
