This is one Housewife who wasn't going to stay cooped up all day.

Kim Richards surfaced outside her home Thursday afternoon, hours after she was booked on charges of public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer for allegedly making a scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel's famed Polo Lounge and then supposedly kicking an officer at the station after her arrest.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was on her phone and going mildly incognito in both a baseball cap and sunglasses as she made her way to her car. Despite the 70-degree-plusweather, she was wearing tall Ugg boots and long sleeves.

Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Max Subin told E! News today that they received a call from Beverly Hills Hotel security about a woman harassing customers at the Polo Lounge. When officers arrived, the woman in question appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Security had repeatedly asked her to leave, Subin said, but she was combative and ended up being placed under arrest for trespassing at around 1:30 a.m.

When they tried to escort her out of the hotel, she asked if she could use the bathroom first, Subin said. Officers then let her use the lobby bathroom. After a period of time, Richards refused to come out, so they went into the bathroom and took her into custody, where she began becoming "passively resistant" to officers arresting her. Richards was escorted in handcuffs through the hotel into a patrol car and was taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station.

She did not cause any damages at the hotel or injure any officers, Subin said.

During the booking process, she resisted the fingerprinting and being forced to take a mug shot, and then kicked an officer in the leg, Subin continued. He said that the officeres remained calm, as they're used to dealing with that sort of behavior.

Richards was then placed in a holding cell for the rest of the night to sober up, Subin said. She was cited and released this morning.

She's due to appear at a hearing at LAX Superior Court on June 10.

Kim has yet to comment on what happened, and sister Kyle Richards has only tweeted out an attempt to stop any incorrect reporting that may have been making the rounds, writing a few hours ago, "@radaronline please stop with the invented , inaccurate stories."
