It appears Tori Spelling can't even enjoy a nice lunch without a little bit of drama.

The True Tori star recently celebrated Easter weekend with an afternoon meal at a Southern California Benihana restaurant. Joined by husband Dean McDermott and their four kids, everything looked perfectly normal as the gang enjoyed a wide variety of Japanese food.

"At #Easter lunch with my amazing family and extended family," she wrote on Instagram. "Loving on my precious nephew Boz! @imdeanmcdermott @scoutmasterson @thebillhorn @sethchernoff #TheFamilyYouChooseToCreateIsEverything."

But as it turns out, Spelling may have suffered an injury while enjoying the gathering. "Thanks for an amazing day @Scoutmasterson and @TheBillHorn," she captioned online. "Perfect #Easter Sunday! Aside from the Benihana Burn!"

At first, fans thought nothing of the comment as the actress and reality star shared several family pictures on social media after the incident. She also posted about having ice cream with her son Finn.

But according to multiple reports, Spelling ultimately decided to visit the hospital after suffering a burn on the back of her right arm. She is reportedly undergoing skin grafts this week to make sure the "Benihana burn" isn't too serious. E! News has reached out to Spelling's rep for comment.

Spelling's most recent hospitalization was at the beginning of March when she began suffering from severe migraines, a battle she has documented on her Lifetime reality show.

Through all the highs and lows, Spelling appears to have the help and support of McDermott. In a recent interview, The Gourmet Dad author revealed that his marriage has grown for the better in recent months.

"Amazing, absolutely amazing," he told FOX411 when asked about his relationship. "They are better now than before all of this happened…The good in all of that is that it really got the two of us on track as a couple and really got our communication skills working and it got me sober and in recovery and it changed our lives and together we're stronger because of it and more in love."

McDermott also teased that the pair will soon be working on a "lighthearted" family-oriented show for the Cooking Channel.
