Welcome to parenthood, Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard.

Less than a week after welcoming their first child together, the 19 Kids and Counting stars headed to Instagram Saturday night to alert fans they are back home and loving life as parents.

"As Jill and I are settling in back at home after the birth of our firstborn, we wanted to thank everyone for the amazing support we've received from so many during this time," Derick captioned while snapping a selfie in their bedroom. "Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to us. We love you all! #Blessed #Grateful"

The happy couple greeted baby Israel David Dillard Monday night in a hospital. Less than 24 hours later, the family debuted the first pictures of their son online.

"He's a beautiful baby boy!" Jill wrote on Instagram. "So thankful to God for this handsome little guy!"

Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar also couldn't hide their excitement about their newest grandchild. In a new video posted on Facebook, Jill's parents thanked fans for all their support during the pregnancy journey.

"What a blessed time this is as we welcomed our new grandbaby little Israel into the world," Michelle said. "We are just so thankful for our friends and those out there who have been praying for our family. Thank you so much."

And if you're wondering if the Duggar family is expanding anytime soon, it certainly wouldn't surprise us. Jill has been candid about raising more than one child in her adulthood.

"We're open to as many children as God will give us," she dished. "We believe children are a blessing from the Lord and a gift from him." Perhaps Jim Bob summed it up with his final comment on Facebook.

"Four grandkids and counting," he joked before a pause. "Going on 200."
