Let's face it: Scott Eastwood is a good looking dude!

Whether posing shirtless in a cowboy hat or showing off his biceps at the gym, the 29-year-old's body can certainly turn a few heads. So perhaps it's more than fitting that The Longest Ride star appears on the newest cover of Men's Fitness magazine obtained exclusively by E! News.

Before the cameras went wild for another photo shoot, Eastwood sat down to share a few secrets into how he looks so fit. Warning: It's a lot of hard work.

"Fitness is a really important part of my life," he confessed to E! News. "For my training regimen, I like to incorporate a bunch of different things and no one thing is more important." You taking notes, gentlemen?

"Weights, jiu-jitsu, yoga, surfing, paddle boarding, diving," he explained. "It's important to always change it up. Never get bored."

His hard work and enthusiasm for the gym is certainly on full display during his photo shoot at Santa Monica Airport. Whether posing in a basic white T-shirt or going a bit more business with button-downs and jackets, Eastwood demonstrates his eye for style.

"My personal style is classic," he shared. "I think classic never goes out of style. I just try to keep it simple."

And while Eastwood finds his latest cover to be "an honor," all the fame and attention doesn't exactly excite him. Instead, it's all about working hard and doing what he loves.

"The best piece of advice anyone has ever given me is keep your head down and work hard and show up on time," he explained. "Fitness-wise, you can't out-train bad nutrition."

If you like what you see, pick up the May issue of Men's Fitness Apr. 27 and watch The Longest Ride in theatres Friday.
