Britney Spears did a heckuva job remaking herself. Now she's turned her attention to her website.

In advance of her new album, Circus, Team Britney today unveiled a retooled BritneySpears.com that promises to allow the "Gimme More" singer to connect with her fans.

"Hi everybody, welcome to the real BritneySpears.com," she says in the site's inaugural video post. "I'm taking you where no paparazzi lens ever could. I'll be updating the site all the time with new videos and photos and lots of other cool stuff."

It's been a banner week for the Britster. Her new song, "Womanizer," just hit No. 1 on the charts, smashing records in the process. The single is the lead track from Circus, due out on her 27th B-day, Dec. 2.

She's also putting the finishing touches on her first world tour in years, introduced a new perfume and landed the cover of Glamour. Now if she could only make that whole trial thing go away.
