The Real Housewives of New York City cast may not have each other's backs this season.

But when it comes to Bethenny Frankel and the constant chatter that she's too thin, Ramona Singer and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps can't help but stick up for their co-star and friend.

"She looks fabulous," Ramona shared exclusively with E! News just days before Season 7 premieres. "She eats. She looks healthy. She's fabulous. She's fun. She's exciting. "

LuAnn added, "She's always eating actually. She just eats and eats and looks that skinny. I hate her."

In fact, the ladies recently headed to the Turks & Caicos for a luxurious getaway that will be shown this season on the Bravo series. As it turns out, her appearance didn't bother anyone at all.

"In person she looks great," LuAnn assured us. "She looks fabulous."

Bethenny is no stranger to headlines centered on her weight. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, the SkinnyGirl creator was asked point-blank if she was too thin. While she doesn't consider herself unhealthy by any means, the Bravolebrity admitted that she can sometimes look a little on the skinny side.

"When I'm very tired and stressed out, people think I'm more thin, and it's always the times I feel like I'm really stressed out," she explained to Andy Cohen. "I get black circles and my face looks drawn. I run around like a total maniac."

Despite the criticism from some viewers, Bethenny's been known to also poke fun at herself in regards to her weight. In February, the 44-year-old shared a photo of a skeleton hanging outside of a New York City store. She captioned the pic, "'SPOTTED' Bethenny Frankel hanging out in soho today…It's a little chilly.'"

Expect to hear more of that sass and humor when Real Housewives of New York City premieres Tuesday night at 9 p.m. only on Bravo.
