Have you ever gone on the treadmill and while doing your obligatory jog, imagined yourself dancing to the music blasting from your earphones? But you don't do anything about it because you'll end up falling on your face? Well, Carson Dean went for it, and it's absolutely amazing.

The actor and dancer was a guest on The Ellen Show earlier today after a video of himself busting a move on the machine went viral (and we're not talking a little head bob and some shoulder shrugs, he freakin' flips on the treadmill!).

"I just made the video for my friends and family to see on Facebook, so whenever I upload it on Facebook, I put the private thing, well I thought I did," Dean begins to explain.

"So, I went to bed, and I woke up and I saw that like 30 people shared it and it had like 3 million views and I was like oh my gosh, what has happened? So I went back and looked at it and realized that it was public."

"I have tried to do one or two of those moves," Ellen DeGeneres joked, "and it's not as easy as you think. That flip I find hard. I mean the flip is amazing! You must have tried that at a...what is that on? 3.5?"

"2.5," Dean answered. "Oh, that's my problem, I was on 3.5," Ellen quipped. LOL!

Then, of course, a treadmill appeared on set and Carson gave the audience a live show of his moves to Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson's "Uptown Funk" and instantly a new fitness trend is born.

He hops around, turns, slides, flips (as you already know) and it all just looks so cool.

Now, you guys, we know you're going to be super tempted to race over to the gym after watching this and attempt to choreograph your own little routine on the treadmill, but please don't. You'll probably end up like this...

However, if Carson Dean decides to teach a class on treadmill funk, we are so there!
