It may have been just a few months since Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald became husband and wife, but in a few hours the rest of America will get to witness that magical moment for the first time.
In anticipation of tonight's 19 Kids & Counting two-hour special, E! News has obtained an exclusive sneak peek of the couple preparing for their big day—which includes their very first kiss!
"I'm nervous, just a little bit. I just want everything to go smoothly, I want everything to go well for Jessa," Seewald admits, and Jessa couldn't deny the nerves, either.
"If I feel like I'm going to get nervous about something, I just try to stay busy," the bride-to-be (at the time) explained. "Stay busy, do things I know I need to do and not focus on what's about to happen so much so I don't just ahh let my nerves go crazy."
She continued, "The plan for the wedding day is everybody that's part of the wedding party will show up at 9 in the morning and will start getting ready. The guys will have their pictures first at 10 and then us girls at 11 and then hopefully have all that wrapped up around noon. People should arrive at 1."
But there's one especially wonderful moment that would occur during the ceremony that neither Jessa nor Ben could wait to experience.
"Today is the first day Ben and I will share our first kiss, so that's really exciting. We've talked about it so…Take it slow, make it romantic," Duggar said. Meanwhile, Seewald gave the audience a little rundown of his smooching prep.
"One thing that I'm trying to remember though is…I just need to make sure I have my breath mints handy or maybe some breath spray or something. Don't wanna leave a bad first impression."
