Louis Tomlinson Fights With Producer Naughty Boy Before Zayn Malik Drops His Debut Demo as a Solo Artist!

Zayn Malik said last week that he quit One Direction on good terms—but did he really?

Naughty Boy, the record producer he's now working with, got one of Malik's ex-bandmates riled up Monday. The drama began when Naughty Boy retweeted a video that claimed he "saved 'Zaughty'" and "Zaughty will rise." Interpreting the tweet as a dig, 1D's Louis Tomlinson fired back, "Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal, seriously how f---ing old are you? Grow up!"

Tomlinson also included a hashtag: "#masterofallwisdom."

"Always have struggled to bite my tongue," the "Steal My Girl" singer added. Tomlinson also informed a fan that his initial tweet was "in reply to that stupid video he RT'd . Clearly trying to wind you lot up!!!"

However, Naughty Boy thought he was upset over a 2012 tweet, in which he wrote, "Louis, what a dick."

"@Louis_Tomlinson calm down," the music producer told the "Kiss You" singer. "Was talking bout Louis Walsh cuz he didn't let someone through on x factor. Look @ the date of the tweet. #2014."

But Tomlinson wasn't confused at all. "@NaughtyBoyMusic I was talking about the video you tweeted. Clearly trying to wind the fans up! Well you succeeded anyway," the boy band singer wrote. "Fair play."

Naughty Boy then explained his behavior, tweeting, "When ur getting hate for something u didn't do, a bit of love can go a long way, that's why I retweeted, time will tell the real story guys." He then tweeted a SoundCloud link to Malik's debut demo, telling fans, "let the music do the talking guys. thank us later."

The track, titled "I Won't Mind," was accompanied by a message: "When someone makes you the happiest person and the saddest person, at the same time, that's when it's real. That's when it's worth something." Malik, 22, sings, "We are who we are when no one's watching / And right from the start, you know I got you / Yeah, you know I got you / I won't mind/ Even though I know you'll never be mine."

While Malik works on his debut solo album, One Direction will soldier on as a quartet. Meanwhile, Naughty Boy chimed in again Tuesday, tweeting, "No one is against anyone here. the fans made all of us. not just a chosen few. the love is alive. hate just doesn't belong there."
