New York police confirm that mega-producer Harvey Weinstein was questioned over the weekend after a 22-year-old woman accused him of groping her Friday at the Tribeca Film Center and filed a sex-abuse complaint. An investigation is underway, per the NYPD.

No charges have been filed at this time and neither the movie mogul nor The Weinstein Company has commented on the matter. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has also declined comment.

The accusations were first reported by the New York Daily News.
