Earlier this month, E! News learned that Sarah Michelle Gellar was joining the cast of Star Wars Rebels. Her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., was already part of the show, and based on son Rocky and daughter Charlotte's matching Star Wars stormtrooper Vans slip-ons, it seems the kids are more than excited to have both parents involved!
Sarah Instagrammed a picture of her family's #SundayFunday shoes. "Sometimes you just need to rock matching kicks," quipped the Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum. "The family that dresses together......."
We'll go ahead and fill in that blank with "has the most fun"! Sarah Michelle talked to E! News about family life earlier this month, revealing that daughter Charlotte, 5, "is my performer."
"She's my dramatic, definitely all-girl," she added. And 2-year-old Rocky? He's "kind of the goofball," said mom. "He goes for the laugh, like, the girls in school all love him," she said. "Sometimes I have to question whether he has any guy friends at school, ‘cause he'll come home and he'll talk about Lila, Lily, Scarlett, Poppy…and I'm like, 'Do you have boy friends? Do you have guy friends?' I'll get all these calls from these moms, like, all these girls asking for playdates with my son and I'm thinking, 'Oh my God, it starts already.'"
"He likes the older ladies, there's no question," she added. "He definitely likes my daughter's friends."
Something tells us Rocky will grow up to be a perfect gentleman—even if he is a bit of a ladies' man! After all, he's got a great role model in dad Freddie, who has been happily married to Sarah Michelle for almost 13 years.
So what's the secret to their long, lasting relationship (in Hollywood, nonetheless)? "God, if I knew, I would write a book and retire," Sarah Michelle told MSN's Wonderwall back in 2013. "I wouldn't be here right now. I mean, it's work. You have to work at anything. It's any relationship in your life. You have to nurture it and take time with it."
