Jill Duggar is not just sitting around, relaxing and putting her feet up while waiting for her first baby to arrive, no no...she's keeping busy!

The 23-year-old 19 Kids and Counting Star, who is four days past her March 24 due date, on Saturday brought her baby bump to a church's thrift shop, where she and hubby Derick Dillard did some volunteer work.

The entire Duggar family often does volunteer work...and loves thrift stores.

Jill, the first married daughter of Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, has documented her pregnancy on social media, often posing for baby bump pics. She shared a pic of her biggest bump yet, at 40 weeks and two days, on Friday.
